Country Music Hall of Fame and a 3000 year old mummy

Our last outing on our vacation: the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. We have no pictures from the inside but it was a very interesting and neat museum! Makes me wonder if my parents still have any of their old records.
Sweet Jackson...posing...isn't he adorable?

The mummy was NOT at the Country Music Hall of Fame - he resides in the Tennessee State Museum. This museum was kinda an after thought today - a "can we squeeze one more thing in" item. And this is what we found!!! What does it have to do with the state of Tennessee? A Tennesseean found him. Well, that answer is good enough for me.

Notes to fellow bloggers: The Undomestic Goddess: we didn't find the food-served-in-tupperware restaurant - apparently there are a couple of that variety and we opted for Moe's tonight after driving around for 45 minutes. Maybe it's called Murelle's?? We will have to find it next time!
Wa-Wa-Waughs: I DID see Katy K's and I was thinking we should go in or get Katie's picture taken there! Thanks for the warning!
Janesmom: Matt got to see Bill so I'm having jealous feelings that I haven't seen you. MUST see you this summer!
Cousin Sarah: I'm so sorry that we didn't ever make a connection! Hopefully you are getting lots of rest now that you are home from Hawaii. Next time we are in Nashville or you are in OKC OR if we are ever in Texas at the same time...miss you cousin!
